OAO is a founder-led and owned startup helping large multinationals such as AXA, Sanofi, Schneider Electric, and Pfizer succeed with their AI transformations.

Contrary to the usual solutions, OAO do this with an intelligent and digital product that helps our customers escape business as usual and accelerate their AI progress. Not another generic platform, but an innovative system that creates organizational movement by bridging executive vision with operational reality across entire organizations.

Now we need an exceptional creative-product builder/manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who can work on product end-to-end, from conceptualization to implementation. A person who is comfortable with building with AI, and managing a product. And a person with a creative gene and an anaesthetic eye. All to contribute in building elegant solutions that help great enterprises rethink how they approach AI.

OAO is a small, talent-dense team that merges academic excellence with business leadership - Harvard and MIT graduates, HEC and NHH professors, and former BCG consultants. Supported by a network of star collaborators, including experienced C-suite leaders, leading creatives, and highly skilled engineers.

More specifically, we are looking for someone who can:

· Manage product from concept to delivery with leading multinational clients
· Build with AI (not just talk about it)
· Bring genuine creative curiosity to complex problems
· Has an aesthetic eye and appreciates good design
· Is a hard worker who thrives in ambiguous environments where the map is being drawn

OAO is run out of Munich and Bergen, but is European, remote-first. You will work closely with the founding team and have the chance to prove that small teams with excellent ideas and AI amplification can punch well above their weight.
