OAO Insight Terms of Use.

OAO Insight is provided by OAO GmbH, Tölzer Str. 1, 82031 Grünwald, Germany, registered at the Amtsgericht München under HRB 280829 ("OAO", "we"). More in our imprint at www.oao.co/imprint.

OAO runs short guided AI workshops in which a company's people work through what AI changes in their work, and dashboards that show what they found and decided. OAO Insight is a connector that lets your company's AI assistant, such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, ask OAO about your company's work with OAO: which workshops and dashboards are open to you, what colleagues found there, and which workshop could come next. OAO Insight also includes the pages for signing in and connecting a company.

OAO Insight answers only for companies connected to OAO. There is no charge for OAO Insight unless your company's agreement with OAO says otherwise. Our listing on Microsoft Marketplace is a free listing: nothing is bought or billed through Microsoft. Microsoft is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for OAO Insight. Workshops and other paid OAO services are agreed directly between your company and OAO.

OAO Insight is for business use only, not for consumers. You may use it when your company is connected to OAO, you sign in with your work account, and you are among the people your company has registered with OAO.

These terms apply between OAO and your company, and to everyone who uses OAO Insight on its behalf. By connecting or using OAO Insight, you confirm that you may do so for your company. If your company is not connected yet, write to us at www.oao.co/contact and we will show you how to connect it.

If your company has an agreement with OAO, such as a master services agreement and a data processing agreement, that agreement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two differ. These terms add the rules for using OAO Insight; they do not change what your company and OAO have agreed.

Use OAO Insight only for your company's work with OAO, and in line with the law, your company's policies and the terms of your AI assistant. Do not try to reach another company's data or anything your company has not opened to you. Do not get around the sign-in, access controls or usage limits. Do not probe, overload or disrupt the service, and do not reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows. Do not send topics about individual people: OAO Insight answers about subjects, not people. Do not use OAO Insight to build a competing service, or for anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.

We may limit or suspend access for a person or a company to protect OAO Insight, other companies or their people, or when these terms are broken. Where we can, we tell your company first.

OAO writes its answers with the help of AI, from what your company's people did in OAO. Answers can be incomplete or wrong. They are not legal, financial, HR or other professional advice, and they do not assess individual people. Check an answer before you base a decision on it.

Your AI assistant comes from its own provider, under that provider's terms. OAO is not responsible for how the assistant uses or presents OAO's answers.

If you see an answer that is inappropriate, harmful or offensive, tell us at www.oao.co/contact. We look into every report.

OAO keeps all rights in OAO Insight, its software and its content. Your company may use OAO's answers for its own internal purposes. What your company's people created in OAO is governed by your company's agreement with OAO.

We process personal data in OAO Insight as our privacy policy at www.oao.co/privacy describes. For a connected company, its agreement with OAO, including the data processing agreement, governs.

We work to keep OAO Insight available and its answers correct, but we do not guarantee that it is always available, uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change, limit or end OAO Insight or any of its features; when a change matters to connected companies, we tell them in good time. Your company can stop using OAO Insight at any time by removing it from its AI assistant or by telling us.

OAO is liable without limitation for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), for defects it fraudulently concealed, and under any guarantee it gave.

For slight negligence, OAO is liable only when it breaches an essential obligation: an obligation whose fulfilment makes the proper use of OAO Insight possible in the first place and on which your company may regularly rely. In that case, OAO's liability is limited to the damage that was foreseeable and typical for this kind of contract when it was concluded. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

These limits also apply to the personal liability of OAO's employees, representatives and agents.

We may change these terms when OAO Insight, the law or the requirements of the marketplaces that list it change. We publish every new version on this page with its date, and we tell connected companies about material changes at least four weeks before they take effect. If your company does not agree, it can stop using OAO Insight before then; using it after that date means accepting the new version.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Munich, Germany, where your company is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.

If a provision of these terms is invalid, the rest remains valid.
