You can think of OAO's transformation training as the best of both worlds. It has the reflective, active and contextualized learning you would find in best executive training programs at leading business schools, but provided in a digital, scalable and efficient way comparable to moocs like Coursera
What is the content of the core training?
The content of the core training is tailored to impact 6 result areas:
 
(1) Data Literacy: Learning about data & AI fundamentals to be able to collaborate with data teams on business objectives

(2) Value Creation: Learning about data & AI business implications to be able to develop data & AI strategies and use cases

What is the content of the deep dives?
The deep dives is a personalized, curated collection of topics meant to amplify each learners impact. The deep dives consist of OAO developed content, integrated with L&D content from the customer and best practice external sources. In other words, you can opt to leave the content of the deep dives completely to us, or you can integrate your own L&D content in the Deep Dives to increase the impact of learnings you have already developed/purchased.
What is the overall time commitment for the training?
The overall time commitment for the core training is 3h per learner, normally spread over 3 weeks with 1h training per week. Optionally, the learner can continue to the Deep Dives to consume proprietary content of more than 20 hours, dependent on their skill gap, and individual relevance assessment.
Can learners decide for themselves when to do the trainings?
Yes, learners can freely decide when to complete the trainings. As the trainings require frequent interaction of the learner, it is however important to complete each session (1h) in one go and have the dedicated time blocked for a session.
Do learners need to install a specific program to follow the trainings?
No, all training content are easily accessed online – either via your dedicated training platform or directly through a link sent to your e-mail (which most learners do).
